Guest blogging is in trend, and these days i see every second blog open to guest post submissions. Most of them publish those same hackneyed paragraphs and lines to entice the guest authors (like – your blog will get lots of exposure, all links will be permanent, blah blah blah…) Unfortunately, if you are one of those who randomly approach any of such blogs for guest blogging, then you might end up wasting your time and efforts! Yes, before approaching any blog for guest blogging, it’s very important to measure the overall value of that blog – how much traffic does it get? How many people have subscribed to that blog? What kind of community does it focus on? Is it active on popular social media channels? These are a few important points that you should be focusing on while evaluating a guest opportunity.
